HERE'S TO 2023! I just thought it would be a good idea to let you in on some great info and assure you that the market is still strong, and 2023 is starting off fairly steady. We saw a slowing in the second half of 2022 but 2023 seems to be happily on its way to becoming a great year for Arizona real estate. That being said, we are noticing a slight shift in the market as new listings and price reductions are popping up. The market has adjusted and become a tad more anchored and the madness has calmed down.
